Body Stats in Ragdoll Boxing 3D — Damage, Speed, Health & Stamina Explained
Every body stat in Ragdoll Boxing 3D explained: what Damage, Speed, Health and Stamina do, how training works and how to allocate points for Season 1.
The Four Body Stats
Your fighter is defined by four trainable stats. Every fight you take — and every fight you win — is downstream of how you allocated them. The gym is where matches are truly decided.
| Stat | Effect | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Damage | Force per punch; faster KO threshold | Aggressive finishers |
| Speed | Move speed, punch startup, weave recovery | Out-boxers, strikers |
| Health | Max HP; survive ragdoll knock-back | Anchors, beginners |
| Stamina | Total bar + regen rate | Aggressive styles, weavers |
Damage: The Win Condition
Damage increases the force behind every punch, which means faster ragdolls and easier knockouts. Because force decides KO threshold (see the knockout guide), Damage is the most direct path to winning fights. If you only train one stat, train Damage.
Speed: The Tempo Stat
Speed affects movement, punch startup and weave recovery. High Speed lets you fight at the edge of mid range (see mind games and spacing) — you land jabs and retreat before hooks connect. It is the stat that makes skill matter more than stats.
Health: The Insurance
Health raises your HP pool and how much knock-back you survive. More Health means fewer accidental ragdolls and more room for mistakes. Beginners and tanky anchors should prioritize it early — you cannot learn from fights you are not alive for.
Stamina: The Engine
Stamina increases your bar and regen. Every punch, weave and jump draws from it — full explanation in the stamina guide. Aggressive players and weavers benefit most; passive jab-only players need it least.
How Training Works
- Open the gym in the lobby.
- Pick a stat and train — training costs cash and takes a short session.
- Repeat: stats upgrade in tiers, and each tier gets more expensive.
- Balance early: spread points across all four, then specialize once your playstyle is clear.
Recommended Allocations
- Beginners: Health → Damage → Speed → Stamina. Survive first, kill second.
- Aggressive strikers: Damage → Stamina → Speed → Health.
- Out-boxers: Speed → Stamina → Damage → Health.
- 2v2 anchors: Health → Damage → Stamina → Speed. See the Tag Team guide for roles.
